Dave made buying a first home a truly enjoyable experience . We came into this nervous, as all first time buyers are. Dave walked us through every step of the process with patience. His expertise (evident in his answers to the tons of questions we threw at him) put us at ease in what is a complex process. We wanted to see lots of homes quickly, and Dave was right there with us setting up showings almost daily. We communicated constantly  by email, text, and phone. Dave was so available that sometimes I wondered if he had other clients! During showings he pointed out things I never would have known to look for, and taught us a great deal about what to look for when thinking about resale value As an added bonus he has an eye for design and let me pick his brain about how he'd improve places in terms of aesthetics  and upping resale value down the road.

When we did find the house we wanted to make an offer on we decided to move quickly. We saw the house Friday afternoon and that night we put in our offer. If someone told me a year ago that there was a realtor out there who would stay up until midnight putting the finishing touches on our offer I wouldn't have believed it. When the offer was accepted Dave was right there every step of the way answering questions.  He even made sure that our home inspection  was a learning process. As we walked through with our inspector he pointed things out, made sure we took thorough notes, and assured us that he would be there, even after the buy was finalized,  to answer questions should we need him. 

I cannot say enough about how supportive  and profession al Dave was. I look forward to calling him again in 10 years when it's time to look for the next place!
